Mat Pilates is suitable for all levels and is the ideal combination of exercise and relaxation. Whether you want to work on a stronger body, prevent injuries or just want to take a moment for yourself, mat Pilates helps you feel fitter, more energetic and more balanced.

The classes continue with a mat, a pilates ball and a pilates ring. The material was provided by us.
